Virtual Design Services

In addition to our in-person design services, we also offer a virtual design service! This will allow you to connect with one of our showroom designers via video chat from the comfort of your own home.

Here’s how it works:

• To set up an appointment, please call our showroom or fill out the form on the ‘Contact’ section of our website. Please fill out all the required information.

  • If you call our showroom, we will set up an appointment for you at that time.

  • If you contact us online, one of our designers will email you back as soon as possible.

• At the time we schedule your appointment, we will need your email address. This is required to invite you to the online video chat.

• At your scheduled appointment time, you will receive an email invitation from us asking you to join the video chat. In the email, please click ‘Join Meeting Online.’

  • PLEASE NOTE: This program works best with Google Chrome or on a smart phone.

• Select the ‘Join with computer audio’ option and once the meeting starts, select the ‘Share your webcam’ option.

• The appointment will be 30 minutes long. During this time, you will be able to discuss your project with one of our designers. Please let us know what type of project it is, what type of tile you’re looking for, what style or colors you are interested in, and any other relevant information. The designer will also ask questions to gather more information.

• After the appointment is finished, the designer will email you an idea board, typically within 24-48 hours of your appointment, with pictures and tile ideas that they think would work for your project.

• After you receive the idea board, you then have the option to get samples to view in your own environment. We can send up to five samples to you free of charge.
