APPROVAL NEEDED

All Return Authorizations need to be approved. Customer Service will reach out to you within 24-48hrs.

RETURN POLICIES

- All returns must be made within 30 days of the date on your invoice - *3-5 carton minimum for all field tile (unless stocked at 21st Century Tile) - Full cartons only (field tile) - All returns are subject to a 35% restock fee - Shipping charges may apply to all returns not stocked at 21st Century Tile - No returns on special order items - All returns are subject to suppliers return policy *Depends on vendor return policy

DAMAGE POLICIES

We ask our valued customers to carefully inspect all material coming from 21st Century Tile once you have received it. 21st Century Tile will work closely with you to resolve any issues in a timely manner. We ask that you only report and return the *damaged material and not the whole order. All orders need to get final approval from the end user prior to installation. Please contact Customer Service or your Sales Representative if *damaged material is found.  - *Damaged material must be reported to 21st Century Tile within 48hrs of receiving the material.  - All *damaged material must be returned to 21st Century Tile before credit is issued. - Once material is installed 21st Century tile is not responsible for material. - 21st Century Tile reserves the right to make the final decision on *damaged material. - Credit from damaged material will be applied to your account once 21st Century Tile has received the credit from there vendor.
